3. Lead Data Sources

The violation leads we deliver are sourced from public municipal records - city code enforcement portals, public databases, and government records. Property owner names and addresses in leads are public information available to any citizen under applicable open records laws. We compile and organize this public data to make it actionable for subscribers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Payment processor - For subscription billing. Your payment information is handled according to their PCI-compliant practices.
• Email service provider - For delivering lead alerts and transactional emails.
• SMS provider - For delivering SMS lead alerts on Pro and Enterprise plans.
• Hosting provider - Cloudflare Pages for website hosting.

These services are bound by their own privacy policies and may have access to certain data necessary to provide their services.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after cancellation. After 90 days, we delete your personal information from our active systems. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.
